3. Liability, Warranties, and Disclaimers

Educational Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, examination results, or language proficiency levels. Success in language learning depends significantly on individual effort, practice, and commitment. We do not warrant that completion of our courses will result in specific career opportunities, university admission, or examination success.

Limitation of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Course content and schedules may change due to operational requirements, instructor availability, or other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaBridge Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your enrollment or use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, opportunity costs, or damages for failure to achieve learning objectives.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages

We are not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from course scheduling changes, instructor substitutions, facility issues, technical problems, or other operational matters. We are not liable for any damages arising from your reliance on information provided through our services or for outcomes related to third-party examination boards or certification bodies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinguaBridge Academy, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any law or rights of third parties, or your use of our services in an unauthorized or improper manner.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, utility failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and may offer alternative arrangements when possible.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Fee Payment

All course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment must be made through approved payment methods. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or according to agreed payment arrangements.

Late Payment

Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in suspension of access to services, inability to attend classes, or termination of enrollment. Late payment may incur additional administrative fees. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for non-payment.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of withdrawal and specific circumstances. Written notice of withdrawal is required for refund consideration. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of approved withdrawal. Administrative fees may be deducted from refunds. Specific refund terms are outlined in your enrollment agreement.

5. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, handouts, videos, presentations, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of LinguaBridge Academy or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your personal educational purposes during your enrollment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from course materials without express written permission. Your continued enrollment after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Changes will not retroactively affect your existing enrollment agreement.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in misconduct, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may withdraw from courses according to our withdrawal policy, which may affect your eligibility for refunds.

9. General Provisions
